I had some damage to my car and took it to RCI—I'm super glad I did. Ivette helped me through everything and made the whole process way easier. Have my Mercedes Gla rear bumper replaced due to hit and run accident. Lady name Ivette took care everything. Just dropped my car off and they deal with insurance. They did very nice job and very professional. Color came out exact factory car color. Highly recommend!.....

Friendly, professional, honest...Ivette has been helpful and knowledgable of the insurance claim process and kept me posted on status of the work and dealings with the insurance company.
