Raymond and his team (Haley, Anthony and Sondra) are highly professional and very easy to work with. They communicate well, anticipate needs, ask the right questions and have all the answers. Raymond oversees every aspect of the project and has extremely high standards. We hired RCH to build a house, shop and barn; all three buildings turned out beautifully. I needed some landscaping done on my front yard because it was so rough. I got a bid from Anthony Reading I agreed to the bid and gave him 75% down. It was a nightmare since day one!! I knew I was going to need black dirt but not that much! I made the mistake by not asking how he was going to fix it!! He stripped the sod off the whole aera I needed fixed then charged me to move it. I had to except it because I already paid them 75% down. $2200 to move it 300 feet. We had RCH build us a new lake home on Lake Melissa over the Winter. I have to say they did an amazing job and we love every day we get to be there. We had them build a very modest house but they still treated us like we were building the most expensive house on the lake. We gave Raymond our budget and he stuck right to that with no pressure.
