So my car to RCG motors last Monday and it went very very smooth. Both Rick and Mike were knowledgeable and prompt and great to work with! Offered a very fair price and completed the offer with a check on that same day. Happy to recommend them to anyone who is thinking about selling their car to a private agency like Carvana or Carmax. RCG motors make it very easy to say no to Carvana and Carmax.
Great experience all around. Rick communicated clearly throughout the process and worked with me on scheduling times to check out the truck and arrange delivery. Michael was also extremely helpful in making sure I could see the vehicle before purchasing. Excellent service and a smooth, hassle-free experience.
