Great reliable prompt Customer Service & communication ahead of Time in Text, and Email with Follow Through phone call. Respectful and knowledgeable . When the Job was done, RCG electrical, Ryan was very thoughtful, in asking if I wanted my Side Gate shut, I’m in my 60’s and appreciated a PowerFul, younger Man , offer to go The Extra Mile. He did a great job. As did the Receptionist.

I have dealt with many over the years of looking after my old house, but I’ve never received the straight forward and honest advice I was given. I’ve deleted all the other Electricians I have in my phone and will only contact RCG with any other problem I have in the future, which to be honest may not happen as they’ve sorted out the problems brilliantly.
