It’s a great private gym. Small but has all the equipment that you’ll find at a corporate gym. Owner is great, knows his stuff. They offer personal training for those that need some extra motivation. Depending on what your personal goals are, the staff at the Iron Colosseum will get you on the right path .Had a double hip replacement done 2021 and have been getting stronger with every workout. It’s been a journey but well worth it.
Richie is no joke! He's been training me for a few months now- knows EXACTLY what I can do, even if I don't. The gym is clean, well equipped and comfortable for the serious bodybuilder or someone just starting out. People are friendly and without ego. RC Fitness is by far the best experience I've had at any gym... 5 stars!
