RCD Supercenter was a great experience on purchasing our new Travel Trailer, all the departments were so friendly and gave us a lot of information to make our travels go smooth. Justin started the process and walked us through the process very professionally and friendly.
We bought a brand new 5th wheel camper in August.... the fridge quit working in October. We bought a warranty because we told the salesman, we have permanent campsite and we'd have no way of getting it to Delaware if it needed work done, we had to get it delivered when we bought it, and he's like then this is what you need, they'll come to you. Purchasing our new RV from RCD was a great experience. Buying an RV in the past was always stressful, but not this time. No high-pressure sales, fair trade in and sales price, professional and courteous. Doc did a wonderful job on our walk thru- very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Our sales person, Hayley, was very helpful from start to finish. We highly recommend RCD.

Very disappointing customer service! I am a woman alone, and Went yesterday and the service counter was everything but helpful. Having battery issues, and they told me to bring it in and they would get me a new battery. Drove all of the way there, they let it run for an hour while they looked at it (have to jump start it if you turn it off) and told me to take it to the chasis dealer to get a new battery..
