We purchased a new Entegra Accolade XT from RCD RV Supercenter and Terry was very helpful with the purchase & getting the information on the questions & concerns we had. We were introduced to the team and look forwarding to working with them.
All the staff were very friendly and answered questions. Terry was my salesman and was very informative about all the campers. He knew what I wanted in a camper and I found the right one. Very happy with my purchase!
Purchasing our new RV from RCD was a great experience. Buying an RV in the past was always stressful, but not this time. No high-pressure sales, fair trade in and sales price, professional and courteous. Doc did a wonderful job on our walk thru- very thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. Our sales person, Hayley, was very helpful from start to finish. We highly recommend RCD.

Very disappointing customer service! I am a woman alone, and Went yesterday and the service counter was everything but helpful. Having battery issues, and they told me to bring it in and they would get me a new battery. Drove all of the way there, they let it run for an hour while they looked at it (have to jump start it if you turn it off) and told me to take it to the chasis dealer to get a new battery..
