Damaged my property. Sloppy work. Check how they left my home. Now not returning calls. Expect I'll need to go to court to get any resolution. Curious that you said you changed name 2 years ago but I have receipt from July 2023 signed by Patrick with RCD name. You say you've kept that name out there so that customers can reach out to you. So I'm reaching out but not getting any where. I just want some one to clean up mess left at my home by RCD.
I hired this company to insulate my attic. They started the work about a week after our first appointment. We felt a difference right away. It seems like the heat rarely comes on now when it used to run constantly!
The process started really good. The rep was very knowledgeable. Responded to my emails in a timely manner. I was sent an email to sign contract. I read it over quickly, the first time, but didn't sign until I had more time. Went back in on a different day and the site had expired.
