I have shopped here for 20 years and have always loved this store as it has a little of everything. The Staff is always Friendly, Especially the long hair gentleman working electronics and Adrianna running front counter. However, one of the staff members has consistently been rude and just an overall negative presence. The Heavy Set Mexican woman with glasses (Elvira?) is one of the most negative people I’ve ever met. No manners. They treat everyone poorly.
One of the primary reasons and I used to shop here is because of your staff Adriana. She was very rude, impolite.
Employee at the front desk was very rude. She snapped at her staff multiple times and was not friendly to customers
