I had a leak in my basement though some shoddy DIY work from past owners. RCC sent out an inspector Daniel who I was in contact with throughout the whole process. He was on time and very knowledgeable. He scoped out all the work and presented me with a few different options on how the work could be completed that offered various price ranges which was nice to be able to budget for.
