The team at RCC were fantastic. Justin S always responded quickly, was professional and educated me on the process. Once we decided to move forward the work completed by Chris I and his team was great. The took the time to protect our hardwood floors, were polite, courteous and efficient. Our job was done in two days and they left the work area spotless. There are plenty of options however I would only choose the professional team from RCC.

I’ve used RCC waterproofing company twice over the past five years for basement leaks at my home, and they’ve been excellent both times. Their team is highly skilled, and the method they use is effective to stop the leak. Ramy was especially helpful—his response was quick and offered the best advice for the work needed. Highly recommend them.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with RCC waterproofing regarding a recent waterproofing job at my property. During the process, their crew caused noticeable damage to our interlocking driveway/pavers which also is shared by our neighbours— something that was in perfect condition prior to the work. Despite repeated attempts to reach out to address the issue and seek compensation for the damage, the company has not responded.
