Brian was amazing explaining the process. But when it came to moving forward he stopped responding. Called the company they said they will let Brian know to call me. Never did! Then again called the company same literally was told "Brian will call today!" Absolutely nothing. Business lost 15k thanks for doing this before starting the job Imagine being ghosted after the job hence 2 stars for Ghosting before.
VERY rude receptionist. Called to ask about certain products for a school project and she directed me to the website and said she didn't want to deal with this. Very unprofessional

Called for a quote. Had a timely inspection by Josh who clearly outlined our options. Anthony and his crew arrived today for outside waterproofing - pleasant, friendly, polite, hard working. Clearly explained the work they were doing as it was progressing. The quality of the product is impressive as was the attention to detail. As another reviewer said, "they worked like machines" and as a well-practiced team. Cleanup was exceptional. Would recommend highly to anyone.
