What an amazing group of guys we had fix the leak in our basement. They not only treated my mother with respect but her home as well. The job was done quickly by two very nice gentleman. The area was left clean and the job was done perfectly. Brian woods did a very detailed quote for us and took the time to explain what was being done and why. Brian was amazing explaining the process. But when it came to moving forward he stopped responding. Called the company they said they will let Brian know to call me. Never did! Then again called the company same literally was told "Brian will call today!" Absolutely nothing. Business lost 15k thanks for doing this before starting the job Imagine being ghosted after the job hence 2 stars for Ghosting before.
VERY rude receptionist. Called to ask about certain products for a school project and she directed me to the website and said she didn't want to deal with this. Very unprofessional
