Great company to work with. Our only regret is that we did not do this sooner. It is great in the fall rainy season to finally have a dry basement. We were unsure of the process and RCC walked us through it and gave us s free estimate with no pressure. We were comfortable with them from beginning to end. Not sure if I can mention names, so I will say that the sales rep., the crew leader, and guys who did the work all get a thumbs up from us.
It was a pleasure of an experience using RCC services. Talking to Nicholas was like talking to a friend and Conroy's crew did an excellent job!
When we had that big storm our basement got flooded. The most frustrating part was not knowing where the water was coming from. We called RCC and with a quick response, one of their sales technicians, Nicolas, came by to inspect. With his amazing knowledge he quickly identified the problem and had a solution.
