We hired them after our basement flooded due to a crack in the foundation wall. An agent came first and assessed the situation internally and externally and gave us a good quote and they were here within a weeks time. The team came in the morning and started work right away, they were very thorough and after digging down to the foundation they lined our exterior basement wall (about 25 ft across) with a solid membrane. I have used RCC multi times on various jobs Rick my sales Rep. he and the work crews have been outstanding. on all the jobs that they have done none have reoccurred issues. I highly recommend RCC to anyone who needs a trustworthy Company.
Jeffrey and his crew did a fabulous job fixing the foundation of our home. Not only were they professional they also made sure the job was completed with the least amount of disruption to our day. I would recommend this company over and over again. Very respectful and friendly.
UPDATE-(The same day I made this post and gave a one-star review I also had called and they were supposed to send me an email with an email address so I can make this complaint. Which they have not done. This post -> So I guess RCC waterproofing condones this kind of behavior from their employees!)
