From Daniel's professionalism and expertise through the planning phase, to Andy and his crew's efficient on-site work, I can't recommend RCC enough.
Had a slightly unique project that needed to be done. Had other people take a look at it. Some passed on it while others over quoted. RCC came right when we needed them. Through it all Den made sure that everything that needed to be done got done and to my satisfaction. Chris showed up on time, explained the process and asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. He went over and above with advice and with the repair. Contacted RCC to get a quote, no problem I'll have Rick contact you. 10 days later I called back as no contact was made, no problem I'll have Rick contact you, NO CONTACT was made ??? I would NOT recommend I would suggest RCC spend less $$$ on Marketing and more $$$ on Customer Service!
It has been a nightmare with having water seep into my cold room from my outside porch. I got a quote from Den and we proceeded with the waterproofing, excavation and wall repair. Roger, Miller and Perry did the work in 2 days and I have to say I couldn't be happier. Their workmanship is impeccable! Roger was very thorough, neat and paid attention to detail. I highly recommend RCC to anyone who needs any waterproofing done to their home at a reasonable price. I am very happy with the work that was done! Thank you!
