I hired RCB Roofing through Lowes. My neighbor did the same thing and he bragged what a great job they did so I wanted the same. I spoke to Michael Steele for a quote. I am a widow and didn't know what to expect. I got a quote for 12,000. My sq footage is approximately 1100. Afterwards I feel I was taken advantage of. We recently used Lowe’s for a full roof and gutter replacement through their contractor partner, RCB Roofing. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what we expected from a company associated with Lowe’s. At the beginning of March, I requested a quote through Lowe’s for a roof and gutter replacement.
