To Whom it may concern, I have attempted to send certified letters, no one has answered me. In February of 2023 your company replaced the roof of my residence. I paid $8,904.75, and supposedly received a 10 year workmanship warrantee. Problems with your work surfaced 3 weeks later causing damage to my ceilings. Open and transparent communication, prompt responses, rapid turnaround times for site visit and install appointment. I dealt directly with Jerry Antram who was an excellent resource and provided detailed information and excellent customer service.
