I had heard good things about this bank so applied for an auto loan. I was assigned Brittney. She absolutely didn’t help me at all. She took days to call or email back, even after multiple attempts to contact her. She vaguely answered questions and would not give me any specifics I was asking her. I needed help understanding what the next step was and she just refused to answer. I won’t be dealing with this branch again.
