I originally called this shop based on the reviews but had a less than 1-star experience. Made multiple calls about a simple repair to (at least 6) and Bob told me he would order part and call back (he never would). Whenever I would follow up it was like he hadn’t talked to me before. A couple of times he sounded extremely tired or intoxicated, but either way I opted not to use this shop and can’t recommend in good conscious based on the horrible level of service we never received.
They told me I would need a new engine, when really it was an easy repair. They we're rude at times and not professional at all. Would not recommend!
Awesome service
Had issues with our ac compressor pulley system, they were able to bypass it to allow the truck to run without issues. Both gentleman there were easy to talk to and extremely kind. Got us up and running quickly once the right sized belt was found. Highly, HIGHLY recommend them. The mechanics dogs are friendly too!
