Thank you , thank you , thank you for taking care of my baby sister yesterday. She was picked her up from Montefiore in the Bronx and I didn’t get there in time but , she said that you guys were AMAZING. Thank you to the two young guys and the female who helped her home safely.
Waited almost 3 hours with no communication from the company. When we called we were told 30 minutes more. After waiting 30 minutes and no car, we called again and were told 20 minutes. Finally, we called for a Uber and the car arrived in 4 minutes and we got help from the Uber driver to get my disabled husband into the car and comfortable. Do not recommend this company with all my heart.
