Rauwn is a fast talker. Frankly he talks too much. He offered to do the service at my house for a lower amount. He charged me a fee for coming to my house that he didn't disclose in the beginning. I paid him 25% on a job he was charging me $10,000 for. He never showed up to do the job. He made excuses about not feeling well and saying his mom died. I have yet to receive my windows and shutters.
I've worked with a lot of vendors over the years, and it's rare to come across someone who truly stands out the way Aurora at RC Windows does. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly ethical in how she handled everything. Buen servicio y buen trato al cliente.
They won't come out to give you an estimate unless you are going to replace most if not all of your windows. I needed two large windows installed and was told they would call me back to set an appointment. Apparently they had to check to see if it was worth a salesmen time to pay a visit. They never called me back. This shows they will be very unreliable in dealing with. Very disappointing.
