Needed a window to be redone reached out to RC Window Films. Very rude and was told their business model has changed. They would no longer honor their warranty. Only would come out with a 20 window min. They said they had no information on the work done at my residence. I tried to give my invoice numbers but cut me off. STAY AWAY!! Once a happy customer but the way I was treated had to change my review. Good luck with your new business model.

The team from RC responded very quickly with a reasonable quote and got the job done in a few days after the NTP. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
100% the best decision we have made to improve our house. The quality in window film and work done has made using AC unnecessary. The customer service and responsiveness from RC Window Films has been nothing but excellent. If you're thinking about doing it, do it. We are very happy with the result.
