In my opinion, this place has gone downhill over the years. I found the customer service to be rude and dismissive, and it really felt like they didn’t care about my business or my experience. The quality of work I received didn’t match the hype or the old reviews that show up online. It almost feels like the good reviews are from a totally different era — definitely not what I experienced recently. I’m personally disappointed and wouldn’t recommend based on my visit.

Needed a window to be redone reached out to RC Window Films. Very rude and was told their business model has changed. They would no longer honor their warranty. Only would come out with a 20 window min. They said they had no information on the work done at my residence. I tried to give my invoice numbers but cut me off. STAY AWAY!! Once a happy customer but the way I was treated had to change my review. Good luck with your new business model.

The team from RC responded very quickly with a reasonable quote and got the job done in a few days after the NTP. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

100% the best decision we have made to improve our house. The quality in window film and work done has made using AC unnecessary. The customer service and responsiveness from RC Window Films has been nothing but excellent. If you're thinking about doing it, do it. We are very happy with the result.
