RC Window Films has been absolutely amazing to work with. We reached out to them on 4/25 in desperation. We had turf installed at our house less than 3 months ago by a big name company and our turf has melted on one side of our house. My husband and I, naive I suppose, had no idea melting turf was a “thing”. We reached out to said company who installed it and they told us that they have seen it happen before, but it’s not covered under our warranty.
