We purchased a Generac standby generator through Costco, with RC Watt handling the installation and service. Although we experienced a few issues with defective Generac components—not with RC Watt’s installation—the team at RC Watt has been extremely responsive and diligent in working through everything. Your employee Zack came to my home to do a maintenance today November 4rd, 2015. He deserves 5 stars. I couldn't ask for a more thorough, caring, detailed person to service my Generac. He noticed a problem , fixed it and did a review of everything. This is what I call a person of integrity.
I was glad to find these guys when I wanted a standby generator. They called back right away and we scheduled an appointment. I had a smooth and professional installation, and the crew explained everything clearly. I should have called them years ago!
Once we signed the agreement, RC Watt handled all of the details start-to-finish. We now have beautiful and effective backup power with no damage to facilities nor landscaping, and an excellent installation crew who spent the morning with us.
