Your employee Zack came to my home to do a maintenance today November 4rd, 2015. He deserves 5 stars. I couldn't ask for a more thorough, caring, detailed person to service my Generac. He noticed a problem , fixed it and did a review of everything. This is what I call a person of integrity.
I was glad to find these guys when I wanted a standby generator. They called back right away and we scheduled an appointment. I had a smooth and professional installation, and the crew explained everything clearly. I should have called them years ago!
Once we signed the agreement, RC Watt handled all of the details start-to-finish. We now have beautiful and effective backup power with no damage to facilities nor landscaping, and an excellent installation crew who spent the morning with us.
