They missed two scheduled appointments with our company. The lady apologized profusely, so I gave them another shot. One the day they were scheduled to come, they did not show up until after 5:30 pm when they were supposed to be here in the morning. I gave this company two shots. Someone was supposed to show up yesterday at 1:00. Twenty minutes later I called RC and told the nice lady that the man hadn't appeared. She apologized profusely and of course, I'm thinking that that's fine because people are allowed to make mistakes. I said I had Friday afternoon open.
