My situation was kind of unique, it all started back in early 2024 because I thought I had a leak on my roof. Alex was prompt to swing by and take a look in the attic for me, it was not a leak. While he was here I asked him to just take a look at the shingles and come to find out I had a shingle defect... I went through the shingle company to pursue a warranty claim and then worked with Alex to get a quote for a roof replacement and new larger front gutters with gutter guards. Jake with RC Roofing came out to check a leak on my roof and another spot I thought needed replaced. He found the leak right away, said it was an easy fix, and even took care of it on the spot for free! After looking everything over, he was super honest and told me they usually handle full roof replacements, not the smaller repair I was needing at this time. I really appreciated how honest, kind, and professional he was. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for someone who’s honest, helpful, and not pushy at all.
Jake inspected my roof, caulked a weak spot and checked my attic for water damage. I couldn’t get him to charge me for anything! He wouldn’t even take gas money! Highly recommend these guys for any roofing needs!
