I met Romeo back in 2022, he’s worked on my 2016 Silverado LML. RC Retros is a knowledgeable diesel shop when it comes to Duramax and Fords & Dodge that I have ever dealt with. Honest working, straight shooting and real results in real trucks.Everything from Powder Coating, Custom built headlights. Down to Engine Performance & Built Transmissions. nicest shop in the san juan county area, the guys who worked on my truck did it with quality, couldn’t have asked for a better shop to work on my truck.
Haven’t heard a single good thing from multiple people,lazy customer service,quality of work that i’ve seen is horrendous.
been nothing but a letdown. Romeo is hardly ever there, and when he is, good luck getting a response — he barely answers calls or messages. It’s impossible to get any real updates on your truck, and the lack of communication is ridiculous. The shop feels unorganized, and it seems like nobody really cares about keeping customers informed. Definitely not worth the stress or wasted time.
