If I could give zero stars I would. This man lacks professionalism and I would not support what appears to be his small business. Despite me having a service request with a designated time he lied saying he never got the request from my home warranty. I spoke with him twice on 2 different days where he was supposed to call my home warranty and call me back, he never did. He was supposed to come to my house to fix my AC unit and never did. Zero zero zero stars from me!!!!!
We were recommended this technician by select home warranties. The technician brought different parts than what was agreed upon on the invoice and was assuming I wouldn't notice. I confronted him about this and he tried to explain that it's the exact same as the other unit he was supposed to being. Once I checked the part numbers there were infact different features about both items and the parts he brought were 300 dollars less than the market value of the parts quoted and charged.
