DO NOT BOOK WITH BOBBY! On August 15th I went for a nail appointment and it was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had…and it happened the day before my baby shower (8.5 months pregnant)! I had sent my inspo photo through Instagram ahead of time and was told it would be $100 by Tina, who I believe is the owner. After Bobby started the work she told me it would be $120. Good nails, bad customer service…..
I’m deeply disappointed with the level of service I received. From the very beginning, there was a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. My concerns were not only ignored but met with a dismissive attitude that made the entire experience feel cold and unwelcoming. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when compassion and active listening should be at the forefront.
