Good nails, bad customer service…..
I’m deeply disappointed with the level of service I received. From the very beginning, there was a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. My concerns were not only ignored but met with a dismissive attitude that made the entire experience feel cold and unwelcoming. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when compassion and active listening should be at the forefront. Not a great experience second time around. My first appointment there, I got a full set and a pedicure. Pedicure was great and the full set was good. They were done simultaneously and I felt like they were in a race to see who could finish faster. Spoiler alert, they were done at the same time lol. Second time around I went in for a fill. Not great. I guess she filled them in with a very thin layer or filed it down too much because when I left I could still see the "grow out". I’ve been going here for years and I have never left disappointed. They are always so nice when I walk in and my nail girl Bobby is honestly the best always makes me feel heard and when I ask for a specific design always gets the job done! I always leave obsessed with my nails!
I walked in and I spoke to a male nail technician and a manager to inquire the price of a pedicure. They told me $30 for regular and $40 for shellac. I decided to go for regular. Then the manager said to me that if I do regular, I may have to wait for an hour to dry my nails and so I said I’d be ok with that.
