BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!
Called this company twice to try to get their service. The lady in the office was very rude and hung up on me. Called back and she hung up again. I had a friend to call and she hung up on them also. Bad customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Our HVAC unit went out at midnight last night leaving us with a significantly warm house all night. RC Mechanical were so good to us! They walked us through the steps of everything we needed to do before the technicians arrived on the phone. Within an hour of calling, we got a text message informing us that the techs were on their way and even included a picture so we would know who to look for when they arrived.
