Service staff are always great!
Let me start off by saying I’ve had bad luck with past dealership service departments. Real horror stories. But not at RC Hill. In fact, I had my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport serviced there recently and words can’t express how grateful I am to Omar. He really goes above and beyond and is thoroughly honest and fair. -- Someone updated the review to 5 stars and it wasn't me. -- I've had experience with this specific dealer location and its not the best but it is consistent with the RC Hill brand. If you want to buy a Mitsubishi this is one of few options in Central Florida. And why not, Mitsubishi are good enough cars. Sales/Service/Finance This is the worst Service Department, this is an okay Sales Department, and you better come in with your own Financing. Honestly, I bought my second vehicle from here because the service team was always so good but the last couple of years it has started slipping. The waits are really long for routine maintenance. The people that you work with are always super nice, and professional though, which does help and makes you want to come back. I hope that they can get a better scheduling system in place and be able to set clearer expectations around how long services will take to prevent escalations.
