I had them put a boiler in my building also informing them that there would be an addition to the building so we had the proper size boiler put in. The boiler is the right size however after numerous phone calls and emails they would not come out and finish the job, even though I paid for the first job on the agreed price and paid promptly. I had to hire another company to finish the job. I would never recommend these guys to anybody.

I bought a Fujitsu mini split from this company. It had issues from day one. The board went out days after installation, water pouring out inside my shop soaking things. The owner Ryan Cody told me to go elsewhere even though I have a full warranty on this wall anchor. I called Custom Heating and Cooling they immediately came out and fixed the problem. Great Company to work with helped with my needs ASAP might of missed a small thing but over all great people. The 2 guys sent to my house are amazing one even explained names of tools to my kid very friendly I know its not part of his job but he cares and very amazing human THANK YOU :)
