Richard was able to complete our furnace replacement in a very short time. The project was quite extensive and required the removal of both a Wood/Coal boiler, and an Oil fired boiler, Both of which were 40 years old. He had finished the quote and we had already agreed on a price before I added the removal of the 40 year old oil tank to the project. I was fortunate to have Rich tackle a plumbing / leaking pipe issue that others would have walked away from or made into an all out expensive excavation, project of mass destruction to my yard and property. We had Richard out to fix our split unit and he did an amazing job. He was able to come out and fix our air conditioning in a timely manner, fair prices, and great customer service. Before my house felt like the business end of a hair straightener, now I’m not sure if ice cube would melt if I sat one on the floor. Very happy with RC heating and cooling co.

Richard was next day service to give me an estimate. We spoke for some time and he told me how I could do the job without paying for his services. Very helpful and totally honest. I will have him do my next project "for sure"!

Highly recommend RC Heating and Cooling. My furnace gave up, I called several places. RC was the only one to return my call promptly. I had an estimate the next day, and all work was completed ASAP, and done very well at that. Very knowledgeable, caring, and kept everything clean. Thanks to Richard, Lee and Michael for a job well done
