No one wants to deal with a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night, but Richard made the experience much more bearable. He communicated and explained what was going on the entire time- from calling before I even got off the phone with Angie’s list, letting me know how far away he was to what he was doing and why. He was very personable and actually cared about what he was doing and wanted to make sure it was done correctly. I will definitely be using them for projects in the future- highly recommend.

Wow! Richard came out quickly. He was very thorough and explained all aspects of the job. His work was meticulous. He has a great personality too! We will definitely call him in the future. Recommend without reservation

Richard was called for a leaky faucet in the tub. He identified the problem, gave recommendations. Was very thorough. He was friendly and knows his job. Iwould HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! OUTSTANDING!!

I'm very pleased with whole project. Richard removed and replaced my 2 fourteen old heatpumps that were working well, but I wanted them replaced on my timing not theirs. First floor unit was very simple easy access to inside and outside units (2 day install). Second floor different story, not easy access ( small access hatch in closet) even with that in mind they got that one done in a day and a half. Richard the owner, was able to come out to our house on a Sunday evening because our air conditioning wasn’t working. He was extremely professional and very nice and checked out everything and made us feel so much better. His honesty and integrity shinned through and they will be my go to HVAC company from now on.
