Five big stars! Amazing service! Quick, complete, professional. When our furnace died, they showed up quickly, assessed the situation, quoted the price, and got us up and running in 2 days! This guy (RC) is knowledgable, professional, and easy to talk to. He sets the bar high for professionalism and know-how. This is what all repair people should be-- but sadly, are not. He's your guy!

The pair of guys that did my work and installed my new furnace were incredible. They reach out to let you know what the plan is ahead of time and they work until the goal is accomplished and they make sure to communicate and let you know what’s going and what to expect during the whole process. I can't say enough about Richard and his guys. He inspected and cleaned my furnace all while being 100% honest and transparent about what he saw. He explained everything in a very informative way, and that is greatly appreciated! Barely a few weeks later, our gas water heater decided it couldn't hold it in anymore, and developed a leak. Discovered the tank was actually over 30 years old. RC was the first number I thought of calling. Richard is proffesional, courteous , respectful & very knowledgeable . He explained everything as he worked and educated us on our furnace as to make the best decisions for our situation. This company is prompt, trustworthy and reliable. We feel so much better knowing we have them to call when in need.

Richard came to our home at 9:30pm for an emergency call and stayed till everything was working! I can't say enough about his professionalism and kindness or his willingness to make sure we were comfortable and safe! He's definitely going to be our first call for anything plumbing or heating related!
