Richard is proffesional, courteous , respectful & very knowledgeable . He explained everything as he worked and educated us on our furnace as to make the best decisions for our situation. I can't say enough about Richard and his guys. He inspected and cleaned my furnace all while being 100% honest and transparent about what he saw. He explained everything in a very informative way, and that is greatly appreciated! Barely a few weeks later, our gas water heater decided it couldn't hold it in anymore, and developed a leak. Discovered the tank was actually over 30 years old. RC was the first number I thought of calling. I needed to raise a cellar furnace so it would be above the changing water table level of my house. Richie and his partner gave a free estimate, did the work efficiently and timely. When it was finished the furnace is in better shape that it has been in years. They raised it, performed maintenance, and cleaned up the cellar afterwards.
