Asked to lower a bike, he ordered a part for wrong year bike (didn't work), he wanted to charge us the cost of shipping and restock. We expressed it didn't seem fare to make us pay, for his mistake. He became belligerent, and in our face, charged us labor for wrong part installation and removal, told us never to come back, he didn't need our problems or our $h!+. been to rays for many repairs due to age an mileage an i was always so impressed with the quality of the work done to my ride everytime He would take his time to find an make sure every inch of my ride was done with a strong emphesis on safety issues he has done things i didnt even catch on my own an wouldnt charge me a dime for it The mans got amazing skills pertaining to detail when he works i wouldnt take it anywhere else i live approx 60 mi one way an its always worth the trip he can arrange pick an delivery an his price... read more
