Review for RBT / First Onsite Property Restoration My condo was flooded over two years ago, and dealing with RBT / First Onsite Property Restoration has been an ongoing nightmare. Great experience with RBT Kelowna. Dave came by and provided clear, honest advice and was great to work with. He went above and beyond by offering helpful referrals and was very upfront throughout the process. Truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Will definitely be calling them again.

If you want to save yourself a massive headache, never ever use this company. You will get inferior work, the owner, Ken Kilpatrick constantly lies and does not follow up with items he says he will. You will get an endless story of Lies, BS and excuses and regret the day you hired this fly by night operation.

Very poor communication after they started work for my laundry room flooding. It has been three months since they tore up my laundry room to start repairs and no further work has been done with no explanation as to why. Not recommending this company to anyone.

We had a potential mold issue and call RBT restorations. Garret Neid did an exceptional job in testing for mold and explaining to myself and our tenant of any issue and emailed the report right away. I was very satisfied with this experience great job!
