We recently had the unfortunate experience of a flooded basement, but working with RBT Restoration turned it into a smooth and stress-free process. From the very beginning, they were extremely easy to deal with. Our project manager, Tavia, walked us through each step and went above and beyond by helping us liaise with the insurance company, which made everything much less overwhelming. Garrett came out and fit us in to review our concern before the long-weekend. He explained things well, the potential future issues, potential restoration work, and explained to me what he was looking at step by step. A positive experience all around!
I was very disappointed in the service provided by rbt. They did the minimum possible and communicated poorly. Appointments were made and not kept. In my estimation their involvement slowed our restoration by weeks. Eventually I just hired other contractors to do what was necessary on my own.
Garett was extremely accommodating and understanding of my time crunch, making the effort to come by the same day. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. Since I live in Vancouver, coordinating work in Kelowna can be challenging, but he was flexible and made it work around my schedule. Even though he doesn’t service the Vancouver area, he assured me that he’s only a phone call away if I need support. Highly recommend!
Hire this company! I cannot say one bad thing about my experience with RBT. We hired them for a house renovation post water leak and every member of their team was a pleasure to work with. The team is very well organized, diligent, and efficient. The project was completed on time with great attention to detail. We are so happy with our ‘new’ home - thank you RBT!!
