Revisiting after years of service here I should've given Randall a 4 initially only because I wasn't aware of how far he would go for his customers. His 5 star rating right off the bat feels more like he should have a 6 or 7 in an environment that most people feel is predatory. Randall and his father will go to extraordinary lengths to ensure your vehicle is safe and operating as it should. 5/5 isn't enough. 10/5.
Stopped by R&B’s spoke with Randell about some new tires. Before I knew it, car was in the air. Randell slapped the new shoes on my Red Monte Carlo, and got me right up the road.
Great customer service from Randall and great pricing for the work he did on my truck. 10/10 would recommend.
Customer service is terrible, I’ve been calling for a week straight and not once could could I get ahold of anyone
