Absolutely unacceptable. We arrived at the home and within hours had to contact management because the cleanliness was nowhere near what anyone should expect after paying a $150 cleaning fee. One of the kids' bedrooms had such a strong body odor that we questioned whether the bedding had even been washed. There was hair in one of the beds, dirty dishes put away in the cabinets, a heavily molded shower curtain liner that smelled so bad I went to Walmart and bought a new one myself, and a bathroom that was clearly not cleaned ... read more
