Booked a service for 7am and confirmed via SMS as requested. My driver arrived at 7am, however they don't open until 8am (even though their Google listing says 7am). No updates during the day whatsoever. Called around 2pm to check on the truck and had the following response: 'we haven't had the time to service your truck and won't be able to do it today'. What's the point of booking in a service if you can't do it anyway? At least call me and let me know! Such a waste of time, don't bother taking your trucks here!!
Can't recommend Rick and the team highly enough so refreshing to go to a place that can diagnose the problem and actually fix it..... specialist in their field. I am a lorry owner driver, I have been to a lot of the well known places over the years and it has cost me a lot of money
