The worst experience ever with the worst sales guy, Joe Merwar, after 3 weeks the sales told me they can’t help with a simple quote and after I finished the job their dealer started wrong he told me I dropped the ball 🤣 I received something not working, finished the installation by myself and it is my fault the dealer chooses this terrible product, moving forward to Kantech
RBH - Access System is rock solid system Just completed an upgrade on RBH that was installed in 2009 Thanks to Parminder and the Tech Support team the upgrade went flawlessly. Highly Recommend RBH ps Their Bluetooth Reader are amazing
Bad, very bad experience with their sales team. Update: I got a letter a few hours after my review, where the sales guy (Parminder) is threatening me with legal action because of my review. Ok, bring it in! P.S. my experience with you, your manners and your lack of customer service is real.
Sagar was super professional and nice about the RBH training. Made it super clear and easy to understand and it was a very enjoyable experience. Their products are also very well done.
