We had a positive experience using this limo service recently. We decided to rent for 5 hours to celebrate my mom's birthday. The limo was about an hour late which disrupted our plans but it was due to a flat tire so of course we understood and did our best to stay patient. We did wish communication was more prompt as we had to reach out to find this out. Otherwise though our driver was lovely. She was attentive and kind. Great, fast service for a same-day prom booking. Rodney was helpful and communicative throughout, and the driver was very patient and professional while we took pictures. The kids got to play their music and had a fun ride into the city.
