I have been using RBFCU for many many years in San Antonio, Texas and I recently moved to the coastal area so now I use Portland branch I have nothing Bad to say about this bank or the people that work in his bank they’re all kind and courteous very very helpful. I love banking here and if I ever need any help, they’re right there on top of things thank you so much, RBFCU.

Don't waste your time going here. Service at the counter was not the best service sort of lazy.. Wanted a boat loan. I have accounts at several Banks but heard this was a good one for boat loans. Had me sit down in an office and wait for a zoom session with a loan officer. Was on hold 10 minutes waiting. That was an odd thing after dealing face to face at my other banks. When the loan officer came she acted like someone waiting on you at the department of human services when you are asking for an unemployment check. She was ... read more
