For people that don’t know anything about this bank and if you looking for any type of Loan just know that you’re not gonna talk to a loan officer face-to-face they’re gonna make you wait in a room with a computer screen Waiting for a zoom call we waited over 30 minutes just to be told they don’t do the type loan that we needed. It was a complete waste of time
I went to open a new account and I was shocked on how kind everyone was. From the ladies behind the front desk to the associates. Huge shout out to Aaron. He was great! Answered all my questions and even walked me through on how to set up the app on my phone. Thank you again !
