Kyla is wayyy to pushy. Came in for a auto loan, while waiting to speak to a loan officer, she started badgering me trying to upsell me on services I had no interest in. After leaving the branch she then emailed me again trying to sell me on more services I never wanted. I had to tell her 4 different times I only wanted a autoloan and nothing else. Are yall short on rent or something? I've been a customer of yalls for years and have never been bothered by yall like this.
Very friendly. Recommend doing business here.
I love RBFCU and especially the Keller location. I’ve always got the best rates and friendly service. Just wrapped up a Heloc and the entire process was seamless. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were answered immediately. Top notch communication! Shout out to Matthew, Saprina, Jillian, and Kyla for making our experience easy while providing exceptional service. I won’t go anywhere else for my loan needs. Highly recommend RBFCU!
