Terrible customer service, they don’t like you to ask questions and if you do ask something dumb from them ( I don’t know about loans for example) they give you a smart ass answer to make you feel stupid. I never had so terrible experience with a loan process.

If you are purchasing a car with rbfcu expect to be on hold and blown off for at least an entire day. Will NEVER purchase a vehicle through them again.

I would easily give this place 5 million stars if they let me but my experience as a newer customer at the Keller, Tx location has been about as perfect as you could want. The exceptional friendliness and expert assistance from Emily, Theresa, Chyna, Sandra, Kyla, whomever the Supervisor(s) and Manager are should be a National Treasure by now.
