Kyla is wayyy to pushy. Came in for a auto loan, while waiting to speak to a loan officer, she started badgering me trying to upsell me on services I had no interest in. After leaving the branch she then emailed me again trying to sell me on more services I never wanted. I had to tell her 4 different times I only wanted a autoloan and nothing else. Are yall short on rent or something? I've been a customer of yalls for years and have never been bothered by yall like this.
