Best bank ever they are very helpful
I had a fraud charge on the 27th got with an agent in no time took care of it… they didnt issue my new card until the 3rd… it is the 6th still no debit card. When they say you will get a new card in 3-5business days… double it. Itll take almost two weeks to get one.
Terrible customer service, they don’t like you to ask questions and if you do ask something dumb from them ( I don’t know about loans for example) they give you a smart ass answer to make you feel stupid. I never had so terrible experience with a loan process.
