Probably the friendliest bank I have ever stepped into. Highly recommend joining them. Used them for a small personal loan. Great customer service too!

RUN don’t WALK away from this company! I put my entire story on the Bedford location page but this company will be something you regret if you choose to do business with them! I was t actually told by several people prior to entering into this bank just that! But didn’t listen? NO! One of my children is a member here so my husband and I decided to join after leaving the absolute worst credit union, let me just say that we have had nothing but top notch customer service and we have perks that the other credit union did not offer!!! I hate that we wasted 10 years with them but glad to now be a part of RBFCU.
