Great service inside. The change to auto teller drive through was a very bad decision!
I would give no stars if I could! BEWARE of this bank!!!! I recently made a new account here and the day after I deposited my check through the mobile app, they locked my account! I have called NUMEROUS times… my account was locked by fraud for no apparent reason other than my account is new. My check went through the day I deposited it and it has now been 3 weeks that they have “held” my money. I am compelled to express my serious dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by the Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union branch in Floresville. I deposited a check and was informed there would be a 7-day hold; however, I was also told that funds are typically made available within approximately 2 business days.
