Drive-thru is advertised as being open at 7:00 a.m. which it is. However, The drive-thru doesn't provide an option to speak with a bank-teller. These are simply drive-thru ATM machines. The Google profile should be updated to reflect that the ATM machines are available 24/7, and they should remove the drive-thru hours or change them to mirror the in-store banking hours. Levi Ferguson went above and beyond our expectations yesterday. Not only was he able to assist us with a loan payoff, he then offered to draft a bill of sale and provide his notary services without hesitation. Levi was extremely knowledgable and provided the definition of a positive customer experience!

I thought the drive-through closed at 6PM? I went at 5:10PM through the drive-through and the lady just kept saying “we’re closed”. I said that the website shows “Drive through: Closes soon • 6 PM”. She still kept saying that they’re closed. If the drive-through is closed at 5PM, please update it.
