I worked with Rachel during her time in Guernsey. I was always impressed with her as a lawyer and a person. As a lawyer, Rachel gave sound, pragmatic and sensible advice and always fought hard for her clients. As a person, Rachel always made herself available to her clients and showed great empathy for their situations. She definitely went above and beyond what might ordinarily be expected of a lawyer.
