Best locksmith experience I’ve ever had. Normally getting locked out of your apartment is a painful, long, and expensive ordeal. They were not - I was back into my apartment in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Call them if you get locked out!
He is the best, and very reasonable when it comes to his prices and really willing to help.
I have been using RBD Lock and Alarm for 40 years. That's right-- 40 years! Through several stores, offices, apartments, bad boyfriends and more in downtown NYC and Brooklyn now, they've changed or installed my locks and each has never needed a repair or broken once (even though I've had to have them change the cylinder because of a guy I no longer wanted to have the key). They're reasonable- done right, done fast- and reliable as can be. I won't go anywhere else for lock installation.
Eddie was super helpful and sent someone out ASAP for a great price. He also offered to FaceTime to help unlock the door free of charge. Will definitely go back for any issues!
