Incredibly Unprofessional - Staff Failed to Do Their Job My wife and I had a scheduled appointment with Faraz at this branch on October 15 to replace our credit cards. We also provided our new work permits and payroll documents to be updated in the system. After weeks of waiting, our cards never arrived. Worst customers service I’ve ever experienced. All 3 people working are very disorganized and unprofessional
They Asked for all kinds of ids, even the expired/invalid ones when the new ones are available right in front of their eyes… just so we had to come back after the business hours… extremely inefficient
I came into this branch to replace my debit card after losing my wallet, and the experience was disappointing and upsetting on multiple levels. The employee I dealt with made no effort to be helpful—in fact, she seemed eager to rush me out. She interrupted me mid-sentence to take what appeared to be a personal phone call, which felt highly unprofessional.
