Great for ATM needs, usually 24/7
There are no teller services at all here. No deposited foreign cheques or money orders which are the only things I ever need to do at the bank in person. I’m not sure why a bank needs a ‘meeting place’ without any services.
Incredibly Unprofessional - Staff Failed to Do Their Job My wife and I had a scheduled appointment with Faraz at this branch on October 15 to replace our credit cards. We also provided our new work permits and payroll documents to be updated in the system. After weeks of waiting, our cards never arrived. We had to call customer service, who informed us that Faraz never submitted the application for our new cards and didn't even upload our new documents. Our appointment was a complete waste of time.
