This RBC Branch is Extremely Well Represented by at least two ‘Customers Service Members of the Branch; I suspect by all of the expertise and knowledge afforded me this afternoon in resolving my concerns plus the Very Pleasant demeanour and determination in assisting me that Every Member of this RBC location functions with the same ‘Pride in a Job Well’ mindset. I had an amazing experience here with, Afarin and Katherine, they were extremely caring and empathetically addressed each of my concerns. They were very attentive and helpful.
I recently visited the RBC branch at Belsize, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive to my needs.
