My cards never worked, even in their machines I had to wait a lot for new ones, when I wanted to deposit money in my own account I went there n made a deposit in person, after I give them the money they asked me if I wanted to make a withdrawal. I laughed like 3 days about that, that's why the 5 stars 🤣🤣🤣
Friendly and helpful staff
Very poor service at this branch. The staff were unhelpful, and the manager’s attitude was especially disappointing. No professionalism and no effort to help customers. I would not recommend this location.
I had a very unprofessional and rude experience at the bank today. I went in to open an account and brought both my Ontario driver’s license and Canadian passport. The manager refused to accept my passport without giving me any explanation.
Do not get a credit card with Rbc. They can’t help you over the phone to login to your online banking and access your money.
