I recently visited the RBC branch at Belsize, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive to my needs. The advisor who assisted me was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The branch was clean and organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere for banking. Many services not provided here as there is no teller. Wished there could have been info about that before I circled and paid for parking.

I went in to simply get a draft written. The whole time I was there, 2 tellers and the branch manager were talking over one another about why they could not help. I walked out and I’ll be moving my accounts to a new bank. Unbelievably bad service from a crew of entitled bankers.

Only three stars for now. If this was about “customer service “ one would think we would receive a call or an email or letter regarding the change and explanation to the branch we have banked at for over 22 years. Thankfully when we went in to ask some questions about our account we were met by Adela who went above and beyond to get us information and address our needs. Hold on to Adela and others like her !
