Very poor service at this branch. The staff were unhelpful, and the manager’s attitude was especially disappointing. No professionalism and no effort to help customers. I would not recommend this location.
I had a very unprofessional and rude experience at the bank today. I went in to open an account and brought both my Ontario driver’s license and Canadian passport. The manager refused to accept my passport without giving me any explanation.
Do not get a credit card with Rbc. They can’t help you over the phone to login to your online banking and access your money.
This RBC Branch is Extremely Well Represented by at least two ‘Customers Service Members of the Branch; I suspect by all of the expertise and knowledge afforded me this afternoon in resolving my concerns plus the Very Pleasant demeanour and determination in assisting me that Every Member of this RBC location functions with the same ‘Pride in a Job Well’ mindset.
