No tellers...... Only digital, u don't find out till Ur in there, there is no signage and it's difficult to find parking......
I went in to deposit a draft and didn’t realize this branch had a different concept from other, more functional branches. Nobody was there to greet or guide me. After about a couple of minutes of not seeing anybody, I had to ask a customer what I was supposed to do. He was also just waiting to be seen. After a few minutes of idling at the “welcome” podium, having one of their advisors look my way between customers and proceed to their next customer without even an acknowledgment, I had to leave.
