Useless location.
I just left this branch right now and I felt incredibly disrespected. I went to book an appointment to renew my credit card as it expired, and the white lady i met there, didn't ask my name even but immediately asked that I have my student permit im head for my appointment. She saw a black person and immediately assumed me to be an international student. I corrected her, but she could not be bothered to offer an apology either.
