Mayooran rbc advisor was able to help me so much regarding opening my account. He was friendly and guided me in the right direction regarding my somewhat difficult situation.
RBC should save money and close this so called "meeting place". 9 out of 10 times we never get anything done here. Money withdrawal - no. Drafts - no. Opening an account - no. Getting help with blocked account - no Opening a cross-border account - no Do yourself a favour and go to the nearby real RBC branch (while those are still open). RBC used to be known for its top-notch service, but sadly it has gone to dogs.
Just had a meeting with Meet Patel. We were under the impression our appointment was for 4:30pm which turned out it was actually at 4pm. When we got there we were met with nothing but complete hospitality. No questions why we were late or complaining about us arriving late.
