The teller ,Won, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Despite his own heavy accent and clear lack of comprehension, he claimed he couldn't understand my English and completely ignored my complaint. When I confronted him about his dismissive attitude and requested improvement, he had the audacity to tell me to "leave." This is blatant harassment and a complete failure of customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at this branch. I’ve been trying to process a simple mortgage refinance since December 2025. Over four months later, I’m still being bounced between different advisors (Simar, and Sam) with zero accountability. My daughter and I came in there just a couple days ago, and we had the best service ever going above and beyond. This wonderful gentleman Won Kwon, should get a raise. He was professional and so helpful.. We definitely will return. And even though we live down in langley , we will drive the distance to this one just to get this wonderful service.
I am really happy they changed this branch to a normal bank with tellers at the front. Previously it was a “meeting place” and took away the teller services. This bank is close to my house so it’s convenient to get my banking done here. The renovations they did inside look great and it has a very modern look to it. Ben Brock is a financial advisor that works out of this branch and he is also great!
