The teller ,Won, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Despite his own heavy accent and clear lack of comprehension, he claimed he couldn't understand my English and completely ignored my complaint. When I confronted him about his dismissive attitude and requested improvement, he had the audacity to tell me to "leave." This is blatant harassment and a complete failure of customer service.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at this branch. I’ve been trying to process a simple mortgage refinance since December 2025. Over four months later, I’m still being bounced between different advisors (Simar, and Sam) with zero accountability. I’ve had to constantly follow up myself just to get a response, and even after being promised "10-day" turnarounds, I’ve gone weeks without hearing a word.
