I am really happy they changed this branch to a normal bank with tellers at the front. Previously it was a “meeting place” and took away the teller services. This bank is close to my house so it’s convenient to get my banking done here. The renovations they did inside look great and it has a very modern look to it. Ben Brock is a financial advisor that works out of this branch and he is also great!
They are always low on staff and the staff present have no knowledge about anything. Not at all helpful.
I have just renewed my mortgage with RBC. I met with my mortgage broker Ms. Lilla Jeong. She was very knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend her services. She was very professional and explained to me all my options and guided me in deciding what product suited my needs. I have to say this branch has been a valuable inclusion in our community. Shout out to Lilla, Cindy and the rest of the team. Thank you so much!
