Went to make a simple wire transfer and they refused, went to another brach and got it done in few minutes.
Useless bank. They only have atms. No cash machines or tellers. And it looks like a dorm room? Just tables and couches, I drove 20 minutes to have to leave and go to another branch.
Worst bank branch.
They took our information to deal with an administrative issue and refuse to respond to any of our follow up attempts. Tried calling and emailing numerous times with absolutely zero response. Will never go there again.
