Worst customer service ever!! Whoever was at the front desk on Jan 03, 2025 around 4:15pm barely knew anything. Very bad attitude and had no interest in answering the questions/doubts that I had. All she knew was how to say ‘I don’t know’.
This bank is just horrible the drive through atm took my card
Would rate no star. As it is just a building without any support and services to offer accept a drive through ATM from RBC. They should change their description to ATM ONLY. Because people are getting misguided in mid of their work.
I am grateful for the excellent customer service that I have received from RBC (Savage Location) and I have no doubt that I made the right choice in choosing them as my banking institution.
