Seriously need to train this staff, who ever was working on Monday Sept 29 around noon had it her personal mission to get as many people out of the branch without even helping, I saw her rush a previous customer off his chair asking him to book an appointment first.... Then when it came my turn she just said call "head office" I explained I did and they said I have to go to a branch she laughed at me and said call them again, and pointed to the door.
